Processing Time

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Flat rate $5.99

  • Free shipping on orders over $50.

  • Please see product details for an estimated shipping time. Products can take 2-10+ days to receive once shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Domestic Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Tracking

  • After your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Look & Key Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

  • If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
